Hello! My name is Kody Dowell and I am the Pastor here at FBC Sarcoxie. I want to start by thanking you for visiting our page, I hope that you are able to find everything to be easily accessible. My wife, Dana, and I moved to Sarcoxie in March of 2022 with our son Anson. Since that time, we have grown by one with the birth of our daughter, Julia. I am originally from Northeast Tennessee and Dana is from North-Central Texas. I attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where I received my Bachelors in Biblical Studies. The next year I moved to Fort Worth, Texas to attend Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where I received my Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling.  During our time here in SW Missouri we have come to love our town and community. When God called us here to FBC Sarcoxie, we knew that this would be all new for us, as Missouri was never a place on our radar. But looking back at our time here, God has blessed us beyond measure. We could not ask for a better church family. There is love here and there is life here, which is what led me to create the motto, "Family Is Made Here". This is not just the experience we desire others to have as they attend our church, but this is our very own experience here in Sarcoxie.
